At NAMMBA, we are always thinking two steps ahead of the game.
In 2016, Tony Thompson established the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA) to give women and minorities a platform to network, strategize, and build their careers within a supportive framework. Fast-forward to today, and NAMMBA has become the leading minority-led trade association in the mortgage industry for all ethnicities and genders. (More About Us)
In 2020, the Urban Institute reported that for the next 20 years, 100% of industry growth in home lending is anticipated to come from traditionally underserved (and underrepresented) minorities. And that trend is expected to continue past 2040. You need to learn how to capitalize on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. NAMMBA is the only trade association in the industry focused on unlocking the door to homeownership for those markets.
